Hey there, EPIC #5 backers!
Just wanted to let you know that the last of the EPIC #5 reward packages went out the door this morning... well, all but one package destined for a place in the Middle East. (Heads up: All USPS service is shut down there at present. War, what is it good for...)
We also have 8 backers with outstanding surveys left to fill out and 2 who have CC issues that need fixing before we can send out rewards.

Books Arriving Soon! Shipping Should Begin Next Week!

Hey, friends! Hope your week is going well. We wanted to just let you know that we're expecting books to arrive by the end of the week, as well as our signed prints and metal cards, which should also be coming in around the same time. We'll get everything inspected, bagged and boarded, and ideally begin shipping sometime next week.
There may be a slight delay on backers getting the Lenticular Cover. Those have been produced, but we haven't received them from our overseas vendor yet. Shouldn't be too long though.
We've run credit cards in Backerkit for international shipping charges and add-ons today, so that we'll be in good shape to ship as soon as books arrive.
Right now, there are still 33 backers who have yet to fill out their surveys and 3 backers whose cards have not charged. Click here to get to your backerkit survey.
We'll share pics when the new books roll through.

Hey friends, hope you had a solid weekend and start to the week. It got above freezing for the first time in a while here in New England, so I'm counting that as a win!
A few quick fulfillment updates for you...
EPIC #5 and EPIC Catch-Up Tier Digital Rewards have been released!
Yesterday, we distributed digital rewards through Backerkit, so if your survey is already complete, you should be able to access those rewards there now.
As back-up, we also just sent a message through Kickstarter to backers with alternative links to those digital files... so check your Kickstarter messages if you can't seem to access the Backerkit.
More Than 3/4 of the Surveys Have Been Completed!
With 76% of surveys in, we were able to lock in our print run size and get product ordered, so thanks for being so quick to get those surveys completed.
Note there are still 65 Backers Surveys that have yet to be completed. 7 of those are Pledge Over Time Backers whose surveys will be unlocked shortly after their final pledge payment is made at the end of March.

EPIC #6 Is In Production
The action continues in EPIC #6... and we hope to be back here soon after you get your rewards to keep the superhero shennanigans rolling.

🤯 Heads up, backers... the EPIC #1-5 Backerkit Shipping Surveys are out for most backers!
As promised, we've just sent out the Shipping Surveys, Powered by Backerkit, to all backers (except PLEDGE OVER TIME Backers who will get theirs after the last payment in made) this morning.
So, those survey links should be sitting in your inbox now if you haven't got them already!

** PLEDGE OVER TIME BACKERS: Your Backerkit surveys will be held until your final pledge charge goes through around March 1.
